Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book?
For large events (200+ guests), we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance. For smaller events, 4-8 weeks is typically sufficient. Peak season (Oct-Mar) books quickly in Dubai.
Do you handle events outside Dubai?
Yes. We organize events across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, as well as regional events in KSA and other GCC countries.
What is included in event coordination?
Our full service includes concept development, vendor coordination, timeline management, on-site management, and post-event reporting. You have one point of contact throughout.
Can you arrange entertainment and speakers?
